Our policies & information

  • The earlier you make reservations, the better!!! Please remember March-May and September-December are the busy wedding/holiday seasons so those weekends book up first. Sip Society requires a 50% non-refundable deposit and signed Agreement to book your event. The final payment is due 21 days before your event date. If booking less than 21 days in advance, full payment is due at time of booking.

  • Unfortunately, due to high demand and our booking model, we cannot allow cancellations due to rain. We understand the Florida weather can be unpredictable. If there is a categorical hurricane or tropical storm, we will gladly help you find an available date to reschedule your event.

    For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to close the bar during the event if dangerous weather conditions arise.

  • We are a Limited Liability Company and carry General Liability as well as Liquor Liability Insurance to cover unforeseen events.

  • We implement boundaries for safety reasons due to the event being an “open bar” for your guest. We check IDs of anyone suspected of being under the age of 21. Serving minors is illegal and is taken very seriously by Sip Society staff. We will not put our client or our business in legal jeopardy. Sip Society staff reserves the right to discontinue serving alcohol to anyone who is visibly intoxicated.

  • Sip Society staff will arrive prior to the event to set up our trailer and decorate for a memorable event if you have added decorations/furniture to your package.

    Once the event is over, we will pack the remaining beer, wine, champagne, alcohol, and place them in a designated location at the venue.

    Please note, we will handle our own trash and not responsible for the trash from your guests during the event. Please ensure your caterer or venue provides trash cans.
